Wooohooo finished objects finally!

The end of May and beginning of this month have so far been a nightmare for me, a lot of personal and family related problems, topped off with a scissor happy five year old who destroyed yarn i was working with so I had to wait for more to arrive meant that this skirtie has taken a lot longer than I would've liked, totally worth it though! I finally finished up the pair of Parakeet shorties I've had on my needles for well over a month for Carter as well, so now I can breathe a huge sigh of relief and get on with the rest of my workload.

I've also updated my custom progress list and waiting list here

(not the best photos as today has been very dull and cloudy)

Oooooo!!!!! The parakeet is nice too, the name is definately right for it! Not as nice as the skirty though but I doubt Carter would want to wear it ;-)

The rise has growing room in it as you can take the drawstring out and rethread it nearer the top as she needs you to ;) Also a bit of growing room in the hips as I find crochet to be less stretchy due to it being a thicker fabric. can't wait to see Ez modelling them!

I think I'll have to video her twirling in it.

I've got the skirty from Jules coming soon too. Am so excited. They are both amazing but in different ways. I love the way the colour has pooled on yours and the vibrancy of it. Jules one is knitted but with loads of ruffles. Ez is going to have a gorgeous bum!!

And if baby 3 is a boy then I'm going to be very annoyed lol
